Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free for all watch orders worldwide.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. The orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. For international shipments, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Purchases made after 3 PM CET will be packaged and shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday). Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday, or Friday after 3 PM CET will be packed and shipped the following Monday.
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.
There are additional shipping fees for standalone strap orders. Please note standalone strap purchases are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any product shipped back to Devour as a "Return To Sender" due to failure to receive the item from our carrier, or due to an invalid/incorrect shipping address, will be subject to a 30% "Return To Sender" fee to cover, in part, our costs to resend the item.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that may be stolen or lost after a verified successful delivery by the local post office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, please ensure the watch is on its way back to our fulfillment center within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be new, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached; unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn, do not have original tags and protective stickers, and/or are not returned in original packaging, as determined by our fulfillment team. Please note the determination of our fulfillment team is final. As soon as we receive your item(s), we will process an exchange or a refund - whichever you prefer. Customers are responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning the product to us, as well as any potential duties costs applied to replacement packages we ship back out to international customers.
Please note we are unable to refund shipping fees and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee per item returned which helps cover, in part, our cost of repackaging and restocking unworn items in our warehouse and any shipping fee. Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
